Artwork

Accepted Commission Types

• Will do: NSFW, Humans, SFW Feral, gore/horror (non-sexual), any size piece/# of characters, armor, dakimakura (body pillow) designs, robots/mech, comic pages, character designs and redesigns.
• Won’t do: Cub, NSFW Feral/bestiality, political pieces, nonconsensual scenarios, “extreme” fetishes (ask for details)

Revisions

• Every commissioned piece has a limit of 5 free revisions (change pose of the rough sketch, colors, etc.) before charges will be accrued for each successive revision. Does not apply if the revision is a correction of a mistake I made-those are free of charge.
• You may request revisions during each phase of the linework, but you can only request changes to what is drawn in that phase. (For example, the pose is made in the sketch phase, only during the sketch phase may you request any changes to it. Once I start doing the linework, you may no longer request changes to the pose).
  • If you approved for me to go forward after the sketch phase, once I start linework, which is made directly over the sketch lines, you may no longer request changes to the sketch.

Advertising

• Any art you commission from me may be used for advertisement on social media or reproduced on merchandise. You may request that your piece be kept private at any time and I will either not use the image, or will take down the image depending on when the request was made. I retain all copyrights to the piece itself, not your character or design.
• You do NOT receive commercial rights to artwork you commission from me! Commercial rights/copyright for the use of reproduction and profit may be purchased at additional price

Refunds

• You may request a refund at any time in the process until the piece is either finished or almost finished; however, money from the refund will be deducted according to the time already spent working on the piece.
  • Payment processing fees will not be refunded as they are not given back to me by my payment processors after initiating a refund to the client

3 Week Delivery Promise

• If your art is not delivered 3 weeks from the day you paid for the piece, your art is free; however, if you take days to respond and approve progress on the piece, you will not receive the refund.

Fursuits

If your financial situation is that if an unexpected emergency expense (like a car repair or similar) would result in you having to delay or reduce your monthly payment, I ask that you do not commission me until you are more able to afford it! Not sticking to payment plans puts my own income in jeopardy.

• You must be 18+ to order, no exceptions
• 50% of the cost of the suit must be paid up front. Payments are through Zelle, Square can be used instead for payment with an additional +4% of the total cost added to cover transaction fees.
  • Payment plans are available but may be split into no more than 4 payments (after the down payment), due on the 1st of every month. If the down-payment is made towards the end of the month, payments will be due the last day of each subsequent month. 
    *failure to make on-time payments will subject you to a late fee of $25 per late payment. 
    *failure to pay off your suit will result in your suit being sold off without character rights. If two payments are missed or 7+ days late, your suit will be listed for resale, and you will receive a refund minus the cost of time and materials spent on the commission.
• Custom quotes are good for 30 days. After that, they may be subject to change and you will need to receive a new quote.
• As I am a Texas-based business, all Texas clients are subject to an additional sales tax of 8.25%.
• Duct tape dummies for full-suits must be made and sent at your own expense. If the duct tape dummy you sent is unusable because it was made incorrectly, another one must be resent at your own expense.
  • If the duct tape dummy was made incorrectly (i.e. you made the arms or legs too short, the crotch too low, etc), I will not refund or fix the suit for free if it fits the dummy properly but not you. All suits are tested on the dummy several times as they’re being made to ensure a proper fit.
• Buyers from outside of the US are responsible for shipping costs, and any import/custom fees they receive upon package delivery. **PLEASE NOTE** Due to the complexity of licensing and import laws, I do not ship to Germany
• It is ok if you use your suit for adult content/murrsuiting.
• Slots can only be held for 24 hours before it goes to the waitlist/opens up again.

Revisions and Refunds

• If you request a refund at any time, the cost of materials and labor will be deducted from your refund.
  • A $100 deposit is non-refundable to cover my time and in communicating with the client and other preparatory labor
  • Payment processing fees will not be refunded as they are not given back to me by my payment processors after initiating a refund to the client
• All suits have a 1 year warranty, excluding damages to your suit incurred through horseplay, improper cleaning, and other careless acts. These suits are made to last, but treat them gently.
• Before I start on furring the suit, I make a digital ref sheet of the suit design and send it to you for approval. Any requested changes to the design MUST be made at this stage. I will not redo work for free that has already been approved by the client.
  * If the mistake is on my part, like I miss a marking that I put on the ref sheet, I will fix it free of charge.
